She worked in New York on television and print advertisements, and was featured on the American Girl Magazine cover. But she left to be an actor at the age of 19. Then she emigrated against the will of her parents to Los Angeles and California. Her parents are in South Carolina and support her but they live in the same house with family members from other families.
